Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") govern all relations between:
– a company registered in the United States, with its registered office, operating the website www.auren.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller"),
and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the website (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

1. Purpose

These T&Cs define the conditions under which the Seller offers its products for sale, including anti-cellulite leggings, targeted treatments, and related accessories, via its e-commerce website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order on www.auren.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them prior to confirming their order.

3. Products

Products for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Minor differences may exist between the images and the actual product.
All products are manufactured in our partner factory based in Asia, which complies with strict hygiene and fair working condition standards.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery is free.
Payment is made online via secure payment methods provided on the site (credit card, etc.).

4.2 Pricing Errors and Order Acceptance

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on our website may occasionally be incorrectly priced, including as a result of technical error, promotional malfunction, or display of a price that is obviously and unmistakably wrong (for example, a price of €0.00 or a price far below the product’s normal value).

No contract of sale is formed until the Seller has validated and accepted the order, as set out in Section 5. The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not constitute acceptance.

Where a product’s correct price is higher than the price shown at checkout, or where an order has clearly benefited from a pricing or promotional error, the Seller reserves the right, before dispatch, to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid, or to contact the Customer to arrange payment of the correct price. This applies even after an order confirmation email has been sent.

The Seller is under no obligation to supply products at an incorrect price, particularly where the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized by the Customer as a mistake.

5. Orders

The Customer selects products, verifies their order, and completes payment. An order confirmation email is then sent acknowledging receipt of the order. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract of sale is formed only when the Seller accepts the order and dispatches the products, subject to Section 4.2.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 3 to 14 working days).
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure or carrier issues.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returns:

The Customer must notify their request by email to contact@auren-fit.com.
Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
A €30 restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

⚠️ The Seller reserves the right to refuse refunds for discounted items or items purchased during exceptional promotions.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.

8. Warranties and Liability

Products are covered by legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects.
The Seller shall not be held liable for improper use of a product or for indirect damage.

9. Personal Data Protection

The Seller undertakes to protect the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
No data will be sold or shared without the Customer’s consent.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing that, the courts with jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office will have competence.
